The Board of Directors supports CLA’s student
leaders and provides legal, financial, and
organizational oversight.
Board Chair
Alexander Godinez-Robinson
Alexander is a Program Manager with the Federal Government. He oversees the recruitment and management of premier fellowship and early career programs, with expertise in security policy, public policy, and leadership/organizational development.
Treasurer
Alexander Moe
Alex is a Program Manager with the Federal Government. He has experience in government, public policy, and wealth management and has extensive experience managing funds for large organizations.

Griffin Rubin
Griffin is a litigator at a boutique law firm in Dallas, Texas, where he provides clients with trial and appellate litigation services in complex commercial disputes, securities actions, and constitutional matters.
Vice Chair
Edda Lynn Bouslog
Edda is Vice President of Quality at Cynergy Professional Systems, with over a decade of experience in IT, sales, and program management, and a background in mentorship and project leadership.

Ty Blitstein
Ty is a Project Officer for Food Security at the NJEDA, with experience in government, public policy, and civic engagement.

Feifan Liu
Feifan recently graduated from Bellaire High School and was the Texas Governor of CLA, with experience in leadership, chapter affairs, and long-term organizational planning. Feifan is also a co-founder of CLA.

Payten Kirby
Payten is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in management. She currently serves as the Lead for Talent Management Strategy at the Society for Human Resource Management .

Kyra Balyeat
Kyra is a student at Trinity University majoring in Accounting, with a passion for civic engagement, environmental law, and sustainable business, and experience in leadership, voter registration, and fundraising.
Student Board Representative
Klaridy Miller (TX)
Klaridy was elected by her the Council of Governors to serve a year-long term on the Board of Directors. Klaridy is the Texas State Governor.
